New training plan

So I decided to "ditch" the training plan from My Asics, as I felt the intensity was a bit too high. After a discussion with my brother who believed the pace/intensity was WAY to high I decided to try out a different plan.
The one I am using now is from the Danish runners site www.loebesiden.dk and it seems more reasonable in its training sessions. The My Asics plan had many sessions close to marathon pace, the new plan focus more on interval training and speed sessions to bring up the speed. So far the plan is working out fine and I can feel I have more energy between runs, which is a good sign as it would mean I am recovering more correctly between the runs. Looking forward to see if the positive trend can continue!
